About the Author

Science illustrator Kristin Link captures nature with precise artistry. Her work has been featured in museum exhibits, fine art shows, periodic publications, and educational materials. Based in an off-grid cabin in Alaska, Kristin teaches watercolor and drawing workshops as well as science communication and field sketching to undergraduate students on wilderness courses.
