Journaling Moments of Joy with Jane Maday
Focus on the positives and discover your daily practice.
By The Art Toolkit Team
This is a live recording from our Journaling Moments of Joy live demo with artist Jane Maday from April 17th, 2024. In this demo, Jane shared how she finds “glimmers” or little moments of joy every day. Jane fills her pages with sketches and notes about the little things in life, and her style, optimism, and playful approach to art are so inspiring!
She discussed finding inspiration, laying out pages, and her drawing technique so that you can try a new way to journal. Whether you dust off an old one or start a new one, we invite you to bring your sketchbook and favorite sketching supplies and join us for an hour to focus on the positives!
Last year, we featured Jane’s art and recommended her book, How to Journal Like an Artist: A Beginner’s Guide to Keeping a Sketch Journal and we were so happy to have her join us for our live demo series this spring.
