Custom Palette Program

Our Custom Palette Program gives retailers and customers the opportunity to design an Art Toolkit palette that is unique to their shop! Engrave a Demi, Pocket, or Folio Palette and customize our cotton palette bags with your company logo or artwork approved by our design team.

While the Custom Palette Program is oriented towards retailers, we welcome inquiries from individuals, provided they meet the minimums detailed below and submit a Custom Palette Form. Please email us if you have questions, or learn more about becoming a retailer.

Custom Palette Engraving

With a minimum order of 100 palettes, we can engrave a Demi, Pocket, or Folio Palette with artwork or a logo of your choice. Palettes are laser-engraved on the palette lid, back, or both and appear in a light grey-silver. Please note that all palettes include Art Toolkit branding on the back lower corners.

Palette Colors

The color of our aluminum palettes is achieved through an anodization process that provides a durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum oxide layer. Please note that the availability of custom palette colors varies. If your selected color is not available, our team will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Pan Options

Custom-engraved palettes include limited pan customization options. View our Paint Palette & Pans page to see our available pan configurations per palette size. If you have a custom pan configuration in mind, please note this when submitting your order form, and our team will follow up with a quote for this customization.

If you are interested in a paint-filled custom palette, you may choose between our two curated sets of Da Vinci Paint Co. watercolors in Mini Pans, as seen in our Demi Explore Palette and Explore Palette.

Custom-Printed Cotton Bags

Your artwork or logo can also be printed on our palette bags. This option is available as a stand-alone customization with a minimum order of 50 palette bags. Please allow 4-6 weeks for order completion and shipment.

Pricing and Fulfillment

Custom palette pricing varies based on palette quantity, size, pan configuration, and whether a paint-fill or a custom-printed cotton bag is included. Submit a custom palette inquiry via our Custom Palette Order Form, and our team will provide a quote within five business days.

Custom-engraved palettes require 8–10 weeks to complete. Custom-printed cotton bags require 4–6 weeks to complete. Please account for these timeframes as you mock up your design and make plans to share these special products with your community!
