At Art Toolkit, we manufacture and curate expedition-proven tools for sketching and painting, from urban to wilderness adventures. Whether through our expedition-proven art supplies and accessories, online and in-person workshops, or interacting with the community, we strive to make good stuff and inspire people everywhere to create art every day.

We’re a small team of intrepid and enthusiastic artists, educators, and designers. We encourage a collaborative and open work environment where your voice matters and your opinion is welcomed and appreciated.

Logistics Manager

Do you enjoy working in a fun, open, engaging setting with a small team of creative people? Are you a detailed and strategic thinker who enjoys both hands-on work, organization, and administrative projects? Are you interested in managing the moving pieces of our inventory, production, and shipping? We’d love to meet you!

The Logistics Manager plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of Art Toolkit's logistics operations, including both hands-on work and the administrative duties of strategic inventory management, production coordination, and shipping fulfillment. This position is based in our primary facility and requires regular interaction with team members, suppliers, and shipping partners. The Logistics Manager has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Retail Manager

Are you passionate about art supplies, have a knack for visual merchandising, and love creating exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead our vibrant retail team at Art Toolkit. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and enjoy creating positive experiences for others, we want to hear from you!

The Retail Manager oversees all aspects of Art Toolkit's retail operations, including daily store management, team leadership, and sales growth. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on retail support, requiring expertise in inventory control, customer service excellence, and staff development. The position involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Leadership teams to create engaging product displays, manage financial performance, coordinate events, and ensure operational efficiency—all while maintaining Art Toolkit's high standards for customer experience and brand representation. The Retail Manager drives business growth while upholding company values and fostering a welcoming, inclusive culture of knowledgeable team and customer support.
