Shipping Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Shipping Coordinator supports the day to day flow of Art Toolkit's outbound shipping, working closely with the Logistics Manager to keep our fulfillment operation accurate, efficient, and on schedule. This role oversees the shipping team's schedule, the purchasing of shipping supplies, and the organization of the shipping area. The Shipping Coordinator also works closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure all orders, e-commerce, wholesale, and promotional, are fulfilled on time and properly represent the Art Toolkit brand.

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience in shipping fulfillment preferred, or demonstrated organizational skills and close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Comfort scheduling people and coordinating work across a small team.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic analytical skills and familiarity with spreadsheets preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods while working at shipping stations.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Marketing Assistant

This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination. You'll support our marketing team with daily tasks while developing valuable skills in social media management, content creation, and customer engagement. If you're enthusiastic about contributing to a creative environment and ready to take on diverse marketing responsibilities, this position could be perfect for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Assistant works closely with our Marketing Team on media campaigns, outreach, and audience engagement. This role supports the creation, organization, and sharing of compelling content across our platforms, including our website, newsletter, social media, and retail shop. The Marketing Assistant also assists with our events, demos, and workshops. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their marketing skills in a creative environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience with marketing, design, or administrative support.

  • Basic photography experience and familiarity with digital photo editing workflows.

  • Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with MacOS.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

  • Knowledge of or interest in art and art supplies.
