Located in historic downtown Port Townsend, the Art Toolkit shop features our own toolkits and paint palettes, along with a selection of watercolor and sketching supplies. Find your new favorites! Watercolors, brushes, pens, pencils, and other beautiful and useful tools await.

After four years in our little lofted retail space off of Sims Way, Art Toolkit relocated downtown, where we opened our doors on Leap Day of 2024 and welcomed a new chapter for our business. Our shop includes an extended retail space where you can handle sketchbooks, test a range of sketching supplies, and demo our magnetic paint palettes.

There is so much to see and do in our little town, and we love capturing it in pen, ink, and paint. We invite you to demo our palettes in the plaza outside our shop. Ask our friendly retail staff about borrowing a Demo Kit to capture your day!

In addition to our online workshops and live demos, we occasionally host in-person events downtown and in our shop. Visit our Events page for announcements and updates.
