Ideal for Sketching on Location

Mask the Details

Mask your paintings directly without needing to use another brush—great for use on-location. The Masking Fluid Pen features a 2mm tip, allowing for controlled masking of small, detailed areas in your sketches. Mask the areas you intend to leave white, and once the masking fluid is dry, paint over the masked areas. Remove the dried masking fluid within two days to prevent residue with a Liquid Frisket Remover.

Ensure Clean Removal

We recommend testing any masking fluid on a small area of paper to ensure it can be applied and removed smoothly. Once dry, pass a Liquid Frisket Remover over the masked areas with a gentle touch: scrubbing or using heavy pressure may damage the paper.

Note: The Masking Liquid Pen is refillable and has a replaceable tip. Replacements are not available in our shop at this time.
