This is a live recording from our demo with artist Sophia Trinh from November 9th, 2023. In this demo, Sophia, showed us how she uses geometry and watercolors to paint the lunar phases.

In the season of Halloween and the Hunter’s Moon, Sophia guided us through her process for painting her signature moons, using an image from NASA as a reference. We delved into turning a simple sphere into a moon with all its lunar charm. Her techniques can help you create mesmerizing moon and other planet phases, featuring her signature metallic watercolors to add magic and sparkle to your paintings.
