Stillman & Birn’s Alpha and Beta Series

We love Stillman & Birn Softcover Sketchbooks. Produced in the Netherlands and bound in the USA, these sketchbooks contain smooth paper for all mixed media techniques ranging from pen and pencil to watercolor washes. Colors pop on the bright white pages of both the Alpha and Beta Series. A6 sketchbooks fit in our Pocket Art Toolkits, and A5 sketchbooks fit perfectly into the main pockets of an A5 Art Toolkit.

A sketchbook open on a green textured surface shows illustrations of various figures, including people standing in different poses. Surrounding the sketchbook are art supplies including a pen, a water brush, and a small palette of watercolors.
