Room to Grow: Expanding Our Workspace

We’re thrilled to have a new warehouse space for our operations!

A diverse group of people stands together inside a workshop space, holding a long art piece. They are smiling and posing for the photo, with various artistic tools visible in the background. Some individuals wear casual clothing, while others have unique styles, including patterned outfits. Colorful flags hang above, adding to the creative atmosphere.

Previously, we were all shoehorned in our delightful but too-small downtown retail space. Our new warehouse space gives us breathing room with more areas for inventory, production, and office team work stations—everyone has a desk!

We’re in a beautiful business park with protected wetlands outside our back door (it’s a great view out the windows!). We love having good neighbors, too, from the Aurora Loop Gallery across the street, to nearby Social Fabric Brewing, Lila’s Kitchen, with pop-up restaurants, and our favorite Raney Day Coffee Truck. We also have a lovely nearby duck pond with lots of wild blackberries to pick in late summer.

Warehouse highlights include opening the big bay doors when the weather is nice, and our Logistics Team loves the smooth ground floor. One of their delights has been outfitting office chairs with rollerblade wheels for extra smooth gliding. Darin Reid, our Operations Director, has worked hard on building projects, including a kitchen, conference room, large project tables, and storage cabinets. Our Office Manager, Chelsea Heron, has also helped bring in some plants to make the space more friendly and beautiful. It’s a team effort all around!

We’re excited to have more room now for both our downtown retail and warehouse operations. In 2026, we look forward to settling into both spaces. We’ll be building out our warehouse space with more tools, like our photography lights, and expanding our downtown shop.
